  I recently visited The Wedding Shop and hated it. The customer service i received was BEYOND horrible. Granted I did not have an appt but in my case that doesn't apply. When my friend and i walked in we stood up front for about 5-10min before venturing through the store and finally finding someone. The lady was working with a woman trying on wedding dresses so I was more than prepared to wait until she was done. She told me to browse a few dresses and then gave us a few magazine to look through. In the process of waiting about 3 or 4 more people entered the store. As I was looking through the books with my friend the lady came over asking to see the pictures i bought and what i was looking for in a dress. She started helping me only to say she had to go back to helping someone else. After 20-30min of waiting she finally comes over and grabbed the dresses i chose to try on and put them in the dressing room. She calls me over to start trying them on then goes never mind they are still in this dressing. I wait another 10min and finally i get in the room to try on the dresses. I received absolutely NO help from her. My friend helped me in and out of my dresses, laced up the backs, found me heels to put on, helped arrange the dresses on me so i could see them in the mirror and everything. As my friends is doing all this work for me the lady helped everyone else who came in the store after me but never came to help me. At the very end i was on the last dress and liked it very much so my friend had to go ask her for a belt to try on with the dress. We waited til after she helped someone else to grab it. My friend asked her what were those dresses in the back if they were already for someone and she was told those are other dress option that just aren't on the racks. I only found 4 dresses to try out front and i told the lady exactly what i was looking for yet she never offered me to look through those or suggest anything. She saw i really liked the last dress and then was so attentive to helping me pushing the sale on me. Although i really liked the dress i refused to purchase from the store because of the horrible service i received.
