  Horrible customer service with attitude. Ruined my engagement ring. Simple resize didn't want to correct the mistake so instead they put a cheap guard on it which now shows the scratches in my band!!! Never again and I will not recommend them!

  I received a beautiful promise ring for Christmas, I only had it three days and went to get it resized. I was told I could purchase a $80 warranty or pay $25 to get it resized. Also if I paid the $25 they would resize it twice. So obviously I went with the $25, picked my ring up and to my fear it was to big and now they refuse to resize it without me paying $25 more or paying $80 for the warranty. So now something that was supposed to be special is falling off my finger.
