  I would give less than a star if I could. My experience here was terrible. I personally spoke with the stylist that was supposed to do my hair. I also made the appointment in a timely manner, giving her plenty amount of time to let me know if there were any issues. On the day of my appointment, however, the stylist was a no show. I waited for almost twenty minutes before another employee had to give her a call, to which she insisted that she "had the day off" and that she had never booked me. She, of course, also refused to come in. I have never felt so embarrassed or insulted in my life, given that me and this particular stylist discussed exactly what I wanted from this appointment, and she had all my contact information if she wanted to reschedule. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the salon.
