  They have beautiful peices with a wide selection and are an extremely friendly family run business. The offer custom jewelry at reasonable prices so you can get exactly what you want at a price you can afford to pay. They are somewhat bad at communication and giving time estimates for when something will be done. My experience is that the day they give you for a peice being done is usually inaccurate some times by more than a week and they don't call you to tell you that it's going to take longer. This isn't really a big deal I would just say that you should call and try to talk to the same person to check on time frames. They do beautiful work and I will be taking all my business to them in the future.
