  I purchased carpet almost 5 yrs ago for the whole house. Yes they were nice and fast actually. Since then i had to call them shortly after installation because some area were coming out where the door entrance was and where the floor meets the lament flooring. They corrected that thebeat they could and said it was because I have a dog. Nope thats not why lot of people have carpet and pets. Now my carpet is discontinued and stretched so bad it has wrinkles. Not to mention u can see the seam in my living room all the way across as plain as day. After I paid for carpet and I thought it as fine I ordered kitchen flooring...well 2 wks after that the floor tore and they were called again. They of course came back to repair that which is again very visual. Today my friend called because I have 2 areas in middle of living room completely gone. the salesman Mark said the carpet is discontinued and ws low grade. This was NOT what I was told when purchased! He also said it was too old to replace that it had a 5 yr warranty...hummmm convenient. My friend reminded him of the kitchen floor which he made no comment. This place sucks. I would not recommend to anyone. Sorry for misspelling it wont let me correct it.
