  It is an excellent store, with one exception, and that is their insistence on only refilling propane tanks that are less than 10 years old. I emailed Randy Renfrow, LP Gas Field Supervisor, NC Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services who says: "The 12 year requalification is still what we inspect for. I still go by 12 years from date of manufacture". I tried to speak to the Manager and Assistant Manager the latter who told me he was not going to "argue with me", when I offered to show them the email and/or hand it to them in printed form. Since they do not want to hear the truth, nor take a moment to call and check for themselves, it leaves me with the suspicion that they are trying to force people to buy replacement tanks when offering cheap refill prices. I also do not like the fact that they totally dismissed any effort to educate them on the subject and tried to make it sound like I was being disruptive, which I was not.
